Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Soeur pieces, but if you are not perfectly satisfied, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your items for a refund or exchange. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your customer account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate your return request.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return form inside the box to ensure your refund is processed correctly.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized collection point and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been confirmed via email.
